Data collected

We collect the data you provide us: name, email address, country, and for professionals, the company name and profile description. Your phone number is only collected when it is necessary for the introduction (upon accepting an offer for the boater, upon registration for the professional).

Published requests (description, photos, marina, boat) and offers made are also stored.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to operate the introduction service: publishing requests, alerting the relevant professionals, transmitting offers, sharing contact details after acceptance, and sending the transactional emails related to these steps. The legal basis is the performance of the platform's terms of use contract.

No data is sold or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies and audience measurement

An audience measurement tool (Google Analytics) is only loaded after your explicit consent via the banner provided for this purpose. Without consent, no measurement cookie is placed. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed by clearing the site's data.

Retention periods

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted or anonymized within 12 months of its deletion. Expired or cancelled requests are kept for 24 months for internal statistical purposes, then anonymized.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to your data. To exercise these rights, write to bonjour@marinetask.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
